摘要
以低苯基硅橡胶、气相法白炭黑、自制阻尼剂为原料,制备了高阻尼硅橡胶,并测试了高阻尼硅橡胶的阻尼系数、损耗模量和储能模量.结果表明,将阻尼剂DA-1和DA-2并用制备的高阻尼硅橡胶与日本生产的阻尼硅橡胶相比,阻尼峰向高温方向移动了约34 ℃,峰值更高,阻尼峰加宽,在20~150 ℃的范围内阻尼性能优异,适合大应力、大应变而生热高的苛刻环境中使用.添加阻尼剂DA-3制备的阻尼硅橡胶在0~70 ℃范围内阻尼性能优异.
The high damping silicone rubber was prepared from low phenyl silicone rubber,fumed silica,and self-synthesized damping agent.Then the damping coefficient,storage modules and loss modules of the high damping silicone rubber were tested.The result showed that compared with the damping silicone rubber made in Japan,the damping peak of the high damping silicone rubber prepared by damping agent DA-1 and DA-2 was removed to higher temperature about 34 ℃,with higher peak value and wider damping peak.It had excellent damping property in 20~150 ℃,which suitable for harsh environment as hard stress and strain,heat rise.The damping silicone rubber with damping agent DA-3 had excellent damping property in 0~70 ℃.
