废有机硅制品的裂解回收及利用

The recycle and cracking reutilization for the waste silicone products

以废有机硅制品(如废硅油、废硅橡胶制品下脚料等)为原料,在十二烷基苯磺酸和催化剂存在下裂解,得到硅氧烷混合环体。经应用试验表明,混合环体可直接用于生产端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷等产品。

DMC was prepared by cracking reaction of the waste silicone products,which were the waste silicone oil and waste silicone rubber tailings,in the presence of dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid and catalyst.The result showed that the DMC could be used as material preparated terminal-hydroxyl polydimethylsiloxane.
