摘要
应用能量法间接测定锅炉一次风管煤粉浓度具有投资少、易于实现的特点。本文针对传统能量法模型存在精度不高的问题,分析了煤粉与热风混合时所带水分的汽化潜热对测量结果的影响,提出一种修正模型。实际应用效果表明,所测结果与现场情况吻合得较好,说明本文提出的模型比传统的能量法模型有更高的测量精度。
To solve the deficient precision problem in measuring pulverized coal concentration in primary air of boilers with traditional model of energy balance method, based on the analysis of influencing factors resulting from latent heat of moisture vaporizing when pulverized coal and heat air are mixed and heat-sinking loss in primary air tube, a modified model is put forward in this paper. Through the applying of the model, we can draw the conclusion that measuring pulverized coal concentration agrees well with the fact. The model conducted in the paper has more precision than traditional energy balance method model with the same measuring point and hardware. The modified model put forward in this paper can bring important basis for pulverized coal flux on-line measuring and air-coal monitoring.
