摘要
从汽车用塑料件的设计、模具设计与加工、注塑生产与运输仓储等方面着手,分析了汽车用塑料件后变形缺陷产生的综合原因,并针对塑料件的整个注塑生产过程提出了具体解决的方法,提高了塑料件的合格率、降低了成本。
The reasons why automobile plastic products distort after being produced are analyzed from the factors including plastic product design, mould design and processing, producing and transportation storage and so on. The solutions for this quality defect in all the production life are given and the qualification rate and cost of the products are improuved.
