摘要
叙述彩色电视机线卡件在制造和使用过程中出现的开裂问题,从不同方面分析了缺陷出现的原因,找出了造成该缺陷的根本原因,阐述了浇口设置对注塑件性能影响的重要性,针对线卡件模具的实际情况,提出了有针对性的解决措施,实践证明这些措施是有效的。
The problem which the color TV fastener crazes in the use and productoin processes is narrated. The causations of this problem are analyzed from distinct aspects and the fundamental causations are discovered. The essentiality of setting cast gate to the fastener performance is expatitated. The pertinent solving measures are put forward according to the actual instance of the part fastner mold. These measres are testified efficiently in practice.
