摘要
通过对大坝发电厂#3、#4汽轮机汽缸18条断裂螺栓、1条未断裂螺栓及2条备品螺栓进行的综合分 析,指出GH4145／SQ材质的汽缸螺栓断裂的主要原因为原材料存在冶金缺陷,其材质不良对螺辁的断裂有促 进作用。提出了机组运行及检修应注意的问题及改进措施。
By comprehensive analyzing eighteen pieces of breaking bolts, one piece of unbroken bolt and two pieces of spare bolts of No.3 and No.4 turbine units in Daba Power Plant, points out the main reason of GH4145/SQ cylinder bolt breaking is that raw materials have metallurgic defects, and it is the inferior materials to quicken bolts breaking, puts forward some attentive issues and improvement measures of units operation and repair.
