超选择性动脉插管化疗治疗阴道癌的效果观察

Observation of Superselection Internal Ilia Artery Catheterization Chemotherapy in Vaginal Carcinoma

目的:探讨超选择性髂内动脉插管化疗对中晚期阴道癌的效果观察。方法:采用Seldinger’插管方法对11例中晚期阴道癌行超选择性髂内动脉插管化疗(SIAC)并行症状缓解、肿块消退及病检理检查结果分析。结果:患者有效症状缓解率达90.90%,有效肿块消退率达81.82%。二者均高于我院肿瘤科放疗中心统计结果,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超选择性髂内动脉插管化疗治疗中晚期阴道癌近期疗效良好。

Objective： To investigate the efficacy of SIAC in vaginal carcinoma. Methods： 11 cases with vaginal carcinoma were treated SIAC using seldinger, s catheterization . Results： The total rate of symptom relief was 90.90%, and that of mass diminishing was 81.82% . There was significant statistical differences between the treatmerits with SIAC and radiation（ P〈 0.05）. Conclusions： SIAC as a new treatment for vaginal carcinoma could be sate and effective.
