溪黄草茶浸膏对化学性肝损伤的保护作用 被引量:15

摘要 目的观察溪黄草茶浸膏对小鼠和大鼠的化学性肝损伤的保护作用和退黄作用。方法以0.1%CCl4花生油溶液腹腔注射,制备小鼠急性化学性肝损伤模型,测定血清谷丙转氨酶(SGPT);以α-萘异硫氰酸酯(ANIT)造成大鼠黄疸模型,测定血清总胆红素水平。结果该药对CCl4所致小鼠急性肝损伤和ANIT所致大鼠黄疸模型引起的血清谷丙转氨酶及血清总胆红素(STBIL)的升高有明显的降低作用(P<0.01)。病理检查证实,该药具有明显的减轻肝细胞的肿胀、脂变、坏死、炎性浸润等症状的作用。结论溪黄草茶浸膏有一定的降酶利胆和保肝护肝的作用。 Objective To investigate the protective effects of extract of Xihuangcao Tea on chemical hepatic injury in mice and rats. Methods Mouse models of chemical hepatic injury were induced by CCl4 and rat models of jaundice by α-naphthylisothiocyanate (ANIT). Then extract of Xihuangcao Tea was administered and enzyme activity of SGPT in the serum was measured in the mice. The serum level of total billirubin was determined in the rat jaundice models. Results Compared with the models, the enzyme activity of SGPT was significantly reduced and serum total bilirubin level decreased in extract of Xihuangcao tea groups (P〈0.01). And biopsy test showed extract of Xihuangcao tea could alleviate swelling, fatty degeneration, necroses, inflammatory cells infiltration of hepatic cells. Conclusion It is suggested that extract of Xihuangcao tea has an effect in decreasing SGPT, promoting bile secretion, protect the liver and eliminate jaundice.
