摘要
研制了一种用于焊缝自动跟踪的光电传感器,提出了一种加权比较的信号处理方法,并通过采用模糊控制,提高单点式光电传感器的精度。实验表明:其跟踪精度达到1 mm,满足实际生产应用的要求。而且光电传感器成本低、结构简单、跟踪精度高,具有很高的实用价值。
A photoelectric sensor which applied in seam tracking system was studied. A method of signal process was put forward, and through fuzzy control, the precision of sensor has been greatly improved. The sensor experiments and seam tracking welding experiments show that the precision is l mm which achieved the requests of industrial manufacturing. The photoelectric sensor also has the advantage of low cost, high precision and simple structure, which bring the sensor highly practical application value.
