摘要
以ADμC812为核心,设计了压气机热力特性测试系统。阐述了系统的实现原理,给出了系统相关的电路原理图和程序框图,并对数据采集卡和测控软件设计作了重点讨论。其数据采集卡利用ADμC812芯片内所包含的高性能自校准多通道A/D转换器进行模拟数据采集。测试系统的测控软件在Delphi7.0平台上开发完成,实验结果以数据、曲线等方式显示。在Microsoft Access支持下,测控软件实现了测试数据的保存、查询等功能。测控软件通过串口与数据采集卡进行数据交换。
Based ADμC812, a test system was introduced for thermodynamic properties of compressor. A means of realization for the test system was described, and the correlative circuit diagram and procedure frame were given. And then, the designs of real-time monitor program and data acquisition card were discussed emphatically. Appling the high performance auto collimating multi-channel A/D converter, the data acquisition card realized high-speed analog data sampling. The software of test system was developed based on Delphi 7, and the result of the test can be shown in form of data and curves. Moreover, the software of test system realized the function for saving and queried the data of test through Microsoft Access.
