Analysis of Nonpolarity Element of Eomecon chionantha Hance With GC-MS

气相色谱—质谱联用法对血水草地上部分常压硅胶柱分离所得非极性部位进行成分分析,共检测出16个峰,通过质谱数据库检索,鉴定了13个化合物,其中2个长链酯,11个烷烃。

GC-MS analyzed the element in nonpolarity part that obtained from aerial parts of eomecon chionantha hance after separating in normal pressure gel silica pillar, 16 pieces of peak were examined out. Through indexing mass spectra data bank, we accredited 13 pieces of compound, including 2 pieces of long chain ester and 11 pieces of diolefine.
