Study Progress in Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease With TCM

文章就慢性盆腔炎发病概况及中医病因病机和治法进行了综述,总结提出本病的主要病因病机是血瘀、湿浊及久病正虚。中医药多在辨证分型指导下治疗本病,疗效肯定。但由于辨证分型不统一,且多使用汤剂,服用不便,故提出应在研制有效剂型方面深入研究。

This paper summarized the invasion overview and etiological factor, pathogenesis and treatment ways on chronic pelvic inflammatory, summed up the main pathogenesis was blood stasis, turbid damp and asthenia of healthy energy caused by invalidism. TCM treated the disease with syndrome differentiation for classification commonly, the therapeutic effect was affirmation, but due to the disunity in syndrome differentiation for classification and taking inconvenience because of using decoction, the authors put forward to we should make deep research in studying effective dosage form.
