摘要
通过P ro/e和ADAM S联合建立滑阀真空泵运动学仿真模型,并进行了仿真结构分析,研究泵运动部件的每一构件所产生的惯性力的大小与变化,以及作用于泵的振动力的大小与变化情况,为进一步研究降低泵体振动的动平衡措施和改进泵的结构设计提供有效的依据。从结果来看,模型仿真结果与理论计算数据比较吻合。
Based on the software ADAMS in combination with Pro/E, a simulation was carried out for the kinematic model of slide-valve vacuum pump with the results analyzed. Then, the magnitude and change of inertial force of all moving components of the pump were discussed, as well as the magnitude and change of vibration force acting on the pump. Thus, an effective reference is available to the measures to take to improve further the dynamic balancing with the pump vibration reduced so as to improve the structual design of the pump. The simulation results showed that they are basically in conformity to the data calculated.
