介绍了一种新型的基于查表式数据采集的腔体内置式真空测量计的设计方案。成功解决了传统真空计存在的测量范围窄、精度低、控制电路复杂、应用环境有限等问题,详细介绍该真空计所采用的新颖查表式数据采集方法、DDS频率激励技术和标准的零相位π网络最大传输法。并阐述了该方案几大模块的软硬件具体实现方法。
Introduces the conceptual design of a new-type intracavitary multi-function vacuum gauge of which the data are to be acquired from relevant tables. The guage has successfully been developed and able to solve the problems that the conventional vacuum gauges couldn't solve, such as the narrow range of measurement, low precision, complicated control circuit and limited applications. Describes in detail the new technique of data acquisition from tables, the DDS frequency excitation technique and the standard scheme to implement zero phase π-network for maximum transfer rate. The way to implement the modular design through several software/hardware modules to form the sysem is expounded.
