摘要 针对国家战略决策层面的重大需求:北方干旱化的趋势预测、影响评估和对策建议,项目紧密围绕国民经济和科技自身发展的重大科学问题,大力加强原始创新,开展多学科交叉研究,在更深的层面和更广泛的领域解决国家经济与社会发展中的重大科学问题,同时提高自主创新能力。实施5年来,不仅取得了一批有国际影响的创新性科研成果,而且为满足国家重大需求做出了实质性贡献。同时,项目在人才培养和基地建设等方面也取得了显著成绩,为相关研究的深入开展奠定了坚实基础。主要介绍了该项目研究成果的创新性及实施效果。 To meet the crucial strategic demands at the national decision-making level: Prediction of aridification trend in northern China, its impact assessment and adaptation measures, the project attached much importance to the original scientific innovations focusing on the challenges of economical construction and advances of basic scientific research in the way of carrying out multidisciplinary integrated studies, so as to further resolve the key issues for social and economic sustainable development. A series of scientific creativities have been achieved since the application of the project over past 5 years. Meanwhile, it has made essential contributions to the social-economical demands. In addition, remarkable results have been obtained in aspects of talented scientist bring up and research base construction, which lays solid foundation for the further studies in this fields. Innovations and contributions of the project are briefly introduced in this paper.
