摘要
介绍了青岛海晶化工集团有限公司采用无溢流筛板塔式汽提装置回收PVC树脂中残留的氯乙烯单体的工艺流程、所选择的汽提塔运行参数与运行中出现的问题。该工艺可使汽提塔出塔浆料中氯乙烯单体残留量达到5μg/g,PVC树脂中的氯乙烯单体残留量达到1μg/g,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。
The process flow,operation parameters of the stripping orifice-column without overflow for the recovery of residue VCM contained in PVC resin in Qingdao Haijing Chemical Industry Group Co., Ltd. were introduced as well as the problems occurring during operation. This process could made the residue VCM content in the slurry out of the stripping device drop to 5 ppm, and the residue VCM content in PVC resin drop to 1 ppm, so both the social effect and the economic effect were obvious.
