摘要
主要介绍了ERW钢管焊缝轮式探头自动超声波检测原理、方法及其探头的布置与声程选择、闸门的设置与调节、对比试块制作与人工缺陷选择方法.分析认为,轮式探头轮子半径选用30~50 mm、入射角为19.2°左右,探头布置采用Ⅱ型法,声程采用一次波法和二次波法或二次波法和三次波法为最佳选择.
It describes testing principle,method of wheel type probe automatic ultrasonic test on welded to ERW pipe and its probe layout and echo selection,gate set up,comparing test sample preparing and man made defects selection method.It considers that the best selection is semi-diameter of wheel type probe selects 30~50 mm an angle of incidence is about 19.2°and probe arrangements adopts II type,echo adopts one wave and two waves or two waves and three waves after analyzing.
