摘要 在管与管的相贯焊接中,若采用人工放样,绘出的相贯线精度差,且效率低;若采用计算机放样,不仅可以提高相贯线的精度,提高焊接效率,而且使焊接质量有了保证。用数学方法推导出两根任意直径的钢管轴线以任意角度平面或空间相交的相贯线空间曲线方程和平面展开曲线方程,并利用Auto LISP编程,在Auto CAD中自动绘出相贯线的平面展开曲线图,从而解决了在焊接施工中钢管的放样、切割等问题。 Abstract:During linked two pipes with welding,set sample manual,drawing of linked line is low precise and efficiency.If adopting computer set sample,it can improve not only linked line precision but also welding efficiency,and ensure welding quality.Using mathematic method reasoning out axis of any two pipe diameter to get linked line space curve equation and plane developed curve equation as any angle plane or space intercross,as well as utilize Auto Lisp programe to draw out linked line of plane developed curve on Auto CAD,thus solve the problems of set sample and cutting during pipe construction.
