摘要
沙漠的推进和沙漠化土地的扩大,已对我国沙区经济发展和生态环境构成了严重威胁。当前沙漠化地区综合治理与开发中还存在着治沙问题未纳入政府发展规划,各部门各行业分工与负责及资金不足等问题。为促进经济和社会的持续发展,制定了综合治理与开发沙漠化土地若干政策和措施。
The expansion of desert land has severely hindered the econo- mic development and bio-environment of the desert areas in our country. The comprehensive management and development of the desert areas demand attention from all concerned departments of the country.Some policies and measures are adopted in this article to improve the sustainable development of economy and society.
