摘要
基于弹塑性弯曲工程理论,给出了焊管连续扭转(HME)成型芯辊直径的理论计算公式。为满足实际生产需要,设计了芯辊直径选择的诺谟图。依据材料钢级强度、板厚、焊管名义直径和允许成型开口量,可以方便地确定芯辊直径选择范围,为生产提供理论和实际指导。
On basis of elastic bend theory,it give out calculation formula of welded pipe HME forming core roller torque.In order to meet with production needs,designed core roller diameter option Ruomuo Fig.It can easily determine core roller diameter option range according to material steel grade stress,plate thickness,welded pipe nominal diameter and allowing maximum forming open amounts,which can provide theory and practice instruction for production.
