山东省人口老龄化时空分析及对策建议

随着预期寿命的不断提高,人口老龄化成为世界性的发展趋势,也逐步为国内外专家所关注.通过对山东省人口老龄化时空特征的深入分析,总结出山东省人口老龄化具有总量大、来势猛、地区及城乡差异巨大,以及与经济发展不相协调等问题,剖析了人口老龄化带来的正负两方面效应,并提出应推进社会保障制度的改革、加强老龄问题研究以及适时调整计划生育政策等对策建议.

With the constant increment of the life expectancy, aged population has become an international trend and been paid close attention to by domestic and international expert. The paper analyzes aged population space - time characteristics of Shandong Province and educes aged population in Shandong has the following several problems： a big quantity, quick reaching, ennormous difference in urban and rural areas, disharmony with economic development, etc. And it analyses two different effects aging population has brought. Then it puts forward that we should reinforce the research on the aged, advance the reform of social security system, adjust the child - beating policy of the plan at the right moment etc.
