摘要
通过非稳态气体吸收实验,在液相不流动的情况下,考察了孔隙率对传质性能的影响,实验表明在一定的孔隙率范围内,对于不同膜孔径和不同的吸收液,孔隙率的影响并不相同.为了清楚的解释这一现象,文中建立了微孔分子扩散的气体吸收传质模型,从理论上解释了孔隙率对传质性能有无影响和如何影响的问题.
In this paper, the porosity affection to mass transfer was researched, through the instable gas absorption experiment, keeping liquid phase immobile. This experiment indicated that the porosity affection is different to different aperture and absorbant in the certain range. In order to explain this phenomena, a micro aperture gas molecule diffusion model was constructed, and it can explain this problem.
