摘要
测量43例KM(♂16,♀27)、20例ICR(♂10,♀10)和20例BALB/c(♂10,♀10)3个品系成年小鼠下颌骨的11项变量.用SPSS 11.0统计软件,选择逐步判别法,分别建立性别判别函数.用回代和交互检验方法检验判别函数的效果.结果表明:不同品系性差不同,判别函数对于性别判定具有明显的实用价值.
In the present paper, 11 variables of mandibles of adult mice from three strains were measured. The mice involved were KM 43(♂16,♀27), ICR 20(♂10, ♀10), BALB/c 20(♂10, 10) respectively. The variables of mandibles were analyzed by Use Stepwise Method of SPSS 11.0 for Windows. These variables were used to establish fisher's and Baye's discriminant functions to distinguish sexual dimorphism among the three strains. The results of original grouped cases andcrossvalidated grouped cases suggest., sexual dimorphism is different among the three strains. There are apparent values in practice of discriminant functions for sexual dimorphism.
