最小耗能原理不能由普利高津的最小熵产生定理拓展而得到,最小耗能原理只适用于非平衡系统的非平衡定态.
The principle of minimum consume energy can not be obtained by developing theorem of minimum entropy production of Prigogine. The principle of minimum consume energy is only suitable for steady state of nonequilibrium systems.
