摘要 研究了具有不同缩合度值的水煤浆添加剂萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物(NSF)与不同煤化程度煤的制浆效果以及NSF效能提高.实验中通过改变合成条件,合成出具有不同缩合度的萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物(NSF),利用红外光谱对其进行定量分析,将合成出的NSF分别与不同煤化程度的煤样混合进行制浆试验,并通过添加木质素磺酸钠来考察NSF效能的提高.结果表明:制浆时,不同煤化程度的煤对应的NSF具有不同的最佳缩合度值,添加木质素磺酸钠可有效地提高添加剂NSF的效能. The ability of making slurry with naphthalenesulfonic acid-formaldehyde condensate (NSF) as additive for coal water slurry (CWS) and the improvement of its effect were studied. NSF of different condensation degree was synthesized by Changing the condition of synthesis, using infrared spectroscopy to make the quantitative analysis. Experiments were done by mixing NSF with coals of different ranks, studying on the improvement of its effect by combining with lignosulfonate. The results show that the optimal condensation degree of NSF varied with the coal ranks, and the function of NSF can be effectively improved by combining with lignosulfonate.
