摘要
为了进一步提高重介旋流器的分选精度和抗磨性能,通过理论分析和试验研究相结合的方法,论述了圆筒型重介旋流器各主要结构参数对涡旋流态及分选效果的影响.研究结果表明:旋流器的介质入口口径和形状决定了旋流器内悬浮液涡旋场和物料分选区域的范围;重产物出口面积决定了旋流器的分流比和分选密度.采用两段等密度精选工艺可显著提高分选精度,采用新型结构的旋流器工业性运行中,对极难选煤可能偏差E值达0.015.
In order to improve total durability in wear and separation efficiency of heavy medium cylindrical cyclone HMCC. Based on the theoretical study and experiment, the influence of structural parameters of HMCC on the flow type and its separation efficiency was researched. The results show that the suspension whirl field and separation area are determined by medium inlet diameter and shape, the flow ratio and separation density are determined by heavy product outlet. The separation efficiency was improved effectively using two-stagy same-density separation technology. The E value of 0. 015 was achieved in industrial system using HMCC for coal difficult to be separated.
