微球形水杨酸分子印迹聚合物的合成及其结合性质的研究 被引量:4

摘要 本文以水杨酸为模板分子,水为分散介质、聚乙烯醇为分散剂,分别以甲基丙烯酸和2-乙烯基毗啶为功 能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸醣为交联剂,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂合成了单分散分子印迹聚合物微球,比较了由 不同功能单体合成的分子印迹聚合物微球识别能力和选择性。表明以2-乙烯基吡啶为功能单体合成的分子印迹聚 合物微球具有更好的识别能力和选择性。 Molecularly imprinted polymer microsphe suspension polymerization with polyvinyl alcohol res(MIPs) with salicylic acid as template were synthesized by 400 as dispersive reagent. The 2-vinylpyridine(2-VP) or methylacrylic acid(MAA).was used as functional monomers,ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as the cross-linking agent and 2,2'-azo-bis-isobutyronitrile as the initiation agent. The discrimination capability and selectivity of the resultant MIPs made from different functional monomers were studied. The MIPs from 2-VP showed better discriminatio. capability and selectivity than those from MAA.
