案例教学法是可以适用于法学公共课程与专业课程,但根据教学目的差异,在选取案例,组织实施中应区别运用,再运用现代化的教学手段进行教学,才能使案例教学法在公共课程与专业课程中发挥更好的效果。

The case study method can be applied in public and professional course of law. Due to difference goals of these courses, the case study method should be used differently in selecting case and practice. Only when the teacher uses modem instruction facilities the case can exert its better function.
