摘要
案例教学法起源于美国,是一种较为成功的教学模式,现已运用于世界各国的各学科教学当中。本文对美国案例教学法产生的背景、理论基础进行考察,较为详细地分析了它的优点其存在的一些缺陷,有助于在我国法学教育中取其精华,去其糟粕。
Case Method is originated from America; it is a successful teaching mode. This article reviews the background and the rationale underlying the Case Method, analyzes its merits and limitations, which helps us assimilate the essence and reject the dross.
