The paper dissertated the impurity distribution of titanium sponge and its affect on product quality. Since the impurities in titanium sponge were not well- distributed, some measures were taken to improve product quality： both carting out some special treatments to the product and packing parts separately can ensure product quality and raise eligibility rate.
