摘要
本文论述了预焙电解槽降低阳极炭块单耗、优化设计的工艺研究成果。总结了林丰铝电有限公司80kA电解槽阳极单耗从511.6kg/t降到471.3kg/t,净耗391.2kg/t(按83%计算),达到国际先进水平的生产实践经验。
The paper describes the results of reducing the specific consumption of anode in pre- baked anode cell and optimum design. It also indicates the specific consumption of anode was decreased from 511. 6kg/t to 471.3 kg/t, net consumption of 391.2kg/t( calculated by 83 % )for 80kA aluminum reduction cell in Linfeng Aluminum and Power Co., ltd., which reached the advanced international level.
