摘要
介绍了钛合金微弧氧化时析气容积对其涂层性能的影响。阐述了制备预定性能涂层数据的获得,微弧氧化时产生气体的测定和分析及微弧氧化时析气容积与形成涂层电位等参数的关系;对微弧氧化时析气量进行了分析,论述它们与涂层的关系。
The paper deals with the effect of separated out gas under titan - alloy micro arc oxidation on its coating character. At first it indicated obtained data on preparactive coating character, then talked about dissected gas determination & analysis method when MAO and the effect of engendered gas volume when MAO on formed voltage of coating parameters (has relations to formed potential of coating). Analyzed produced gas volume during MAO and relates it to coating at last.
