摘要
民办高校如何构建合理的学生多元评价体系?依据多元智力理论,阐述了民办高校的学生管理者应形成积极乐观的“学生观”,突出学生评价体系的发展功能;树立新的“教育观”,突出学生评价体系的教育功能,结合民办高校学生实际,构建多元评价体系。
Based on the pluralist theory of intelligence , this essay explores how civil- run universities can construct a reasonable pluralist concept of evaluation on students, which hold that administrators should raise a positive and optimistic view on students and stress the education to evaluate pluralistically.
