促进徐州市中小企业发展的对策

On Measures to Promote Xuzhou Medium and Small-sized Enterprises

中小企业是徐州市经济发展过程中涌现出来的一支新军,在促进经济发展、增强经济活力、增加财政收入、扩大就业等方面发挥了重要作用,但也存在规模狭小、产品层次低、创新能力弱、资源制约严重和人才短缺等问题。必须通过完善中小企业培育措施、制定产业结构调整规划、完善政府的扶持政策、加强服务体系建设以及提高资源配置的针对性等,为徐州市中小企业营造良好的发展空间。

Medium and small- sized enterprises axe a new force, coming forth during the development of Xuzhou economy. It is nonreplaceable in promoting and invigorating Xuzhou economy, increasing financial income, enlarging employment, etc. But there are still many problems to solve, such as their small size, low quality of products, weak innovation ability, serious restriction of economic resources and short on talent. We must consummate the fostering system and policies to support medium and small- sized enterprises, work out a program to adjust the industrial structure, enhance the construction of service system and the pertinence of resource allocation, in order to make a good environment for medium and small enterprises.
