摘要
目的:探讨机体免疫功能和病毒感染之间的关系,为慢性疲劳综合征的发病机制提供相关证据。方法:实验于2003-01/2004-01在解放军第305医院检验中心完成。将60只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组和电针组,每组20只。模型组与电针组采用冷水游泳加肾上腺皮质激素应用停药法造模,电针组在造模的同时选取百会、足三里、太溪等穴位进行电针治疗。模型构建后每组随机选出8只大鼠在麻醉状态下断头取血,用多聚酶链反应方法观察全血中多重支原体表达的阳性率,结合多聚酶链反应和Southern杂交实验确认人类疱疹病毒6型表达的阳性率。结果:24只大鼠进入结果分析。①电针组、模型组和空白组多重支原体感染阳性率分别为9.6%,20.3%,0.9%,人类疱疹病毒6型表达的阳性率分别为15.5%,33.1%,1.1%。②模型组多重支原体和人疱疹病毒6型感染的阳性率明显高于空白组,差异有显著性意义(χ2=26.22,P<0.01),与模型组比较多重支原体和人疱疹病毒6型感染的阳性率明显下降,两组间比较差异有显著性(χ2=7.39,P<0.01)。结论:电针疗法可以调节实验动物的免疫系统功能,增强抗病能力。
AIM: To investigate the relationship between the immunological function and the infection of virus, and to find any related evidence for pathogenesis of chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS). METHODS: The experiment was conducted at the examination center of the 305 Hospital of Chinese PLA from January 2003 to January 2004. Sixty male Wistar rats were randomly assigned into blank group, model group and electroacupuncture group with 20 rats in each group. The rats in the model group and electroacupuncture group were made into models by drug withdrawal method using swimming in cold water adding adrenal cortical hornlone. When models were built, those in the electroacupuncture group were treated with electroacupuncture at Boihui (DU20), Tsusanli (St36), Taixi (KI3), etc. After building models, 8 rats were selected from every group randomly, and they were cut off the heads to gain blood under drugged state. Positive rate of multiple mycoplasma was observed with polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Positive rate of human herpes virus-6 (HHV-6) was defined with PCR and Southern hybridization experiment. RESULTS: Twenty-four rats were all involved in the result analysis. ① The positive rates of muhiple mycoplasma were 9.6% ,20.3% and 0.9%, respectively in the electroacupuncture group, model group and blank group. The positive rates of HHV-6 were 15.5%, 33.1% and 1.1%.② The positive rates of multiple mycoplasma and HHV-6 in the model group were higher significantly than those in the blank group, and the difference had apparent significance (x^2=26.22,P 〈 0.01). Compared with the model group, the positive rates of multiple mycoplasma and HHV-6 decreased obviously, and the difference had markedly significance between the two groups (x^2=7.39,P 〈 0.01). CONCLUSION: The electroacupuncture can adjust function of immune system in experimental animals, and reinforce the ability of anti-disease.
