The law that national established is favored by ＂stranger＇s society＂, but etiquette and custom rules is the main adjustment mechanism of ＂acquaintance society ＂. The test is to say that there will be a long existence of ＂acquaintance society ＂ in future of China. So it＇s of great importance to pay attention to the absorption of native resources in the process of modernization of law.
