小瞳孔白内障超声乳化术的临床疗效分析

A Clinical Analysis of Phacoemulsification on Cataract with Small Pulpil

目的评价小瞳孔白内障超声乳化术的手术技巧及临床疗效。方法用各种方法处理小瞳孔,采用超声乳化术治疗小瞳孔白内障42例(48眼)。结果术后1个月裸眼视力≥0.5者分别为33眼(68.75%),0.3～0.5者5眼(10.41%);术后6个月裸眼视力≥0.5者39眼(81.25%),0.3～0.5者3眼(6.25%);手术并发症为虹膜损伤、角膜水肿及后囊破裂等,术后42眼(87.50%)瞳孔恢复圆形,6眼瞳孔较大且不规则。结论超声乳化术治疗小瞳孔白内障,具有对虹膜损伤小、术后炎症反应轻、视力恢复快的优点,值得推广。(中国眼耳鼻喉科杂志,2005,5:361～362)

Purpose To evaluate the clinical effects and surgical technique of phaeoemulsification on cataract with small pulpil. Methods 42 consecutive cases （48 eyes） with cataract were performed with phacoemulsification after various treatment on small pupil. Results The naked visual acuity 1 month after surgery was ≥ 0.5 in 33 eyes （68.75%）, 0.3 - 0.5 in 5 eyes （ 10.41% ）, and the naked visual acuity 6 month after surgery was ≥ 0.5 in 39 eyes （ 81.25 % ）, 0.3 - 0.5 in 3 eyes （6.25%）. The primary complications were injury of iris, edema of cornea and rapture of posterior capsule. After surgery, a mtmd pupil was obtained in 42 eyes（87.50% ）, and irregular pupil in 6 eyes. Conclusion Phacocmulsifieation is an alternative for cataract with small pupil, and worth to popularized due to minimal injury of iris and slight ocular inflammation and rapid visual recovery.
