摘要
2005年9月5日，国家商务部、发改委、轻工业联合会的领导与专家、律师在上海一起为中国制鞋企业支招，如何在贸易摩擦高发期下发掘机遇．以加强全球制鞋”第一大国”的优势。2005年6月底．欧盟分别对我国劳保鞋和部分皮鞋进行反倾销立案调查。据欧方统计，皮鞋案涉案金额高达7．3亿欧元，是近1O年来欧盟对华反倾销史上金额最大的一宗，涉及我国1200余家制鞋企业和100多万人的就业问题。
On Sept.5, 2005, the leaders, experts and lawyers of Ministry of Commerce of P.R.C., National Devel-opment ＆ Reform of Commission, light industry united committee gather in Shanghai to support China shoe making enterprises to strengthen the first shoe country advantage under the trade contradiction period. At the end of June, 2005, EU took an antidumping investigation on our welfare shoes and part of leather shoes separately. According to the statistic of EU, the sum of the anti-dumping leather shoes is 730 million Euro,
