热型连铸BFe30-1-1白铜管的组织与性能 被引量:8

摘要 用热型连铸近终形法铸造了外径10mm,壁厚2mm的BFe30-1-1白铜管,研究其力学性能、元素偏析及耐海水腐蚀性能,并与普通半连铸!130mm试样比较。结果表明,热型连铸试样的组织为柱状树枝晶,伸长率达56%~79%,约为标准值的3倍;抗拉强度比标准值低约50MPa。Ni、Fe、Mn的偏析比半连铸的减少一半以上。轴向剖面的海水腐蚀失重仅为半连铸的一半,但横向截面的腐蚀失重则比半连铸的大。 BFe30-1-1 cupronickel tubes of OD 10mm, wall thickness of 2 mm with near net shape were cast by heated mold continuous casting process, the mechanical performance, element segregation and corrosion resistance to sea water were studied, and the tubes were compared with specimens from conventional semi continuous casting φ130 ingot. The results show that the heated mold continuous casting specimens demonstrate a columnar dendrite structure, have elongation of 56%-79%, 3 times as high as the standard value; whereas tensile strength 50 MPa lower than the standard value. Segregations ofNi, Fe and Mn decrease one half as the semi continuous cast one. Weight losses of sea water corrosion in longitude section are half as many as the semi continuous cast, but larger than the semi continuous cast one in transverse section.
