摘要
运用激光熔覆方法在球墨铸铁基体上熔覆铜合金涂层。试验分析了激光工艺参数(激光功率、扫描速度)对熔覆层组织和性能的影响,从而得到最佳工艺参数。
The laser cladding proccssing was applied to carry out cladding bronze alloy on the surface of nodular cast iron.The effect of proccssing paramcters,such as laser power,laser scanning speed on the microstructures and the properties of the laser cladding layer was researched.The optimal processing parameters are obtained.
