摘要
用不同的热处理工艺对1J79合金进行退火,采用振荡样品磁强计(VSM)测得合金的磁滞回线,结果表明,二步法退火与一步法退火相比较,合金的矫顽力Hc显著降低;在二步法退火时,随着退火保温时间的延长,合金的矫顽力Hc显著降低,饱和磁矩增高。
1J79 alloy was annealed by different heat treatment process. Its hstersis loops was measured by VSM.The results show that comparing two-step heat treatment to one-step heat treatment, the coervivity is reduced obviously.In two-step heat treatment, the coervivity is reduced obviously and saturation magnetic moment is improved obviously with prolonging the heat-proof time.
