摘要
探讨煤颗粒在循环流化床锅炉平均滞留时间的计算方法,分析平均滞留时间、底渣含碳量和料层厚度之间的相互关系,以确定合适的料层厚度.多次试验结果表明,运行中将料层厚度选择在(350~500)mm之间比较合适.
The calculation method of average fuel detained time in the furnace of circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boilers has been approached, The mutual relationship among three indices, namely average detained time, carbon content in bottom fly ash, and the fuel thickness, being analysed, and suitable fuel layer thickness being determined. Test results for many times show, it is comparatively suitable for selecting fuel layer thichness to be 350~500 mm in operation.
