摘要
以CaSO4·2H2O为原料,采用水热法合成了超细硫酸钙晶须.以电镜作为分析超细硫酸钙晶须直径的手段,得出制备超细硫酸钙晶须的最优工艺条件为:反应温度120℃、料浆初始pH值9.8~10.1、料浆浓度5%、原料粒度18.1μm.在此条件下,制备出了平均直径为0.19μm,长径比为98的超细硫酸钙晶须产品.
Hydrothermal method was applied in the preparation of calcium sulfate whiskers in airtight reacor using CaSO4 · 2H2O as primary materials. The optimum conditions of preparation are as follows: temperature 120℃, pH value 9.8 - 10.1, concentration 5%, material size 18.1μm, which were determined by the analysis of the diameter of CaSO4 whiskers through SEM. Under these conditions a product of ultrafine CaSO4 whiskers with diameter of 0. 19μm and aspect ration of 98 is obtained.
