摘要
逐孔起爆技术在国内一些露天矿山台阶爆破中已经得到推广使用。应用情况表明,使用该技术可以有效地改善爆破效果,降低大块的产出率,提高铲装效率,降低爆破震动,减少边坡稳定维护费用,降低采矿综合成本。本文中介绍了在霍林河露天矿中以国产高强度导爆管雷管为依托实现逐孔起爆技术的试验情况,分析了该技术的机理以及试验结果,并提出了使用该技术后应重点解决的问题是进行现场爆破参数合理优化以及进一步提高国产雷管的精度。
The technology of borehole order blasting has been widely applied in bench blasting in a number of national open-pit. And the application indicates that such blasting technology has brought about several advantages, such as the favorable effect of blasting, low-rate output of big rock, high efficiency of forklift, lower shake effect, less cost of consolidating side-slope and less integrative mining cost. The experiment with the application of national high-intensity Nonel detonator in Huo-Linhe open-pit is introduced in this article. With the analysis of the principle of such technology and experimental results, an issue is put forward that the key to such technology is to optimize the local parameters and improve the accuracy of the homemade detonator.
