AO/ASIF锁骨钩钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位和锁骨远端骨折

Treatment of Acromioclavicular Joint Dislocation and Lateral Clavicular Fracture with AO/ASIF Clavicular Hook Plate

[目的]探讨AO/ASIF锁骨钩钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位和锁骨远端骨折的疗效.[方法]2000年5月至2004年5月,应用锁骨AO/ASIF锁骨钩钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位(Tossy Ⅲ型)8例,锁骨远端骨折(NeerⅡ型)10例.[结果]18例患者均得到随访,随访时间6～20个月,平均9个月.骨折全部愈合,肩锁关节无再脱位.按Karlsson判断标准,疗效优16例,良2例.[结论]AO/ASIF锁骨钩钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位和锁骨远端骨折具有固定牢靠,不损伤关节面,可以早期功能锻炼,关节功能恢复快等优点.

[Objective]To study the curative effect of surgical treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation and lateral clavicular fracture with AO/ASIF clavicular hook plate （CHP）. [Methods]From May 2000 to May 2004, 8 cases of acromioclavicular joint dislocations and 10 cases of Lateral clavicular fractures were treated with CHP. [Results]Eighteen cases had been followed up for 6 ～ 20 （average 9） months. All the factures were healed and no redislocation was observed. Curative results of 16 cases were excellent and 2 cases satisfactory according to the Karlsson standard. [Conclusion]CHP shows the advantages of rigid fixation, no invasion into articular suface, capability of early exercises and quick recovery.
