柯萨奇B组病毒上呼吸道感染患儿尿白三烯的检测及意义

The Clinical Research of Urinary Leukotrienes Concentration in Children During Upper Respiratory Infection with Coxsackievirus B

【目的】观察有柯萨奇B组病毒(CVB)感染的上呼吸道感染(上感)小儿尿白三烯(LTs)水平的变化,探讨上感诱发哮喘的机制。【方法】本组31例,其中CVB阳性上感组9例,CVB阴性上感组12例,健康对照组10例。用ELISA法定量分析尿液LTs的含量。【结果】①上感儿(CVB阴性组和CVB阳性组)的LTs水平均明显高于对照儿(t1=2.74,P<0.05,t2=6.25,P<0.01);CVB阳性组尿LTs水平高于CVB阴性组(t=2.106,P<0.05)。②CVB阳性上感儿晨间尿LTs水平明显高于CVB阴性的上感儿(t=2.17,P<0.05),傍晚尿LTs量两组间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。【结论】上感时患儿LTs增加,当有CVB感染,LTs水平会更高,更易诱发哮喘。

[Objective]To study the levels of urinary leukotrienes （LTs） in children during upper respiratory infection （URI） with coxsackievirus B （CVB） , and explore mechanism of URI induced asthma attack. [Methods]Thirty-one cases were divided into three groups.. URI with CVB positive group （9 cases）, URI without CVB group （12 cases）, and healthy control group （10 cases）. Their urine was collected and the urinary LT concentration was determined with ELISA. [Results]OThe level of urine LTs increased in both URI with CVB （ t =6.25, P〈0.01）and without CVB group （ t =2.74, P 〈0.05）compared with normal control group. The concentration of LTs in URI with CVB group was higher than that in the URI without CVB group （ t =2. 106, P〈0.05）. QThe concentration of urinary LTs in the morning increased significantly in URI with CVB group（ t =2.17, P 〈0.05）. There was no difference of the LTs levels in the evening in both URI with CVB group and without CVB group. [Conclusion]The level of urine LTs increases in URI. There is higher concentration of urinary LTs in URI with CVB infection so inducing asthma attack easily.
