摘要
采用二阶导数分光光度法直接测定诺氟沙星片含量。平均回收率为１００．６％，ＲＳＤ为０．０７％。方法简单、结果准确。
Norfloxacin tablets was determined by the second order derivative spectrophotometry. The amplitude at wavelength 266nm was found liner with the concentration of norfloxacin within the range of 4.0￣16.0 μg/ml(γ=0.9999).The average recovery was 100.6%. The RSD was 0.07%.
