摘要
采用三波长分光光度法测定氯霉素片，可消除糖衣及片芯赋形剂的干扰，平均回收率和ＲＳＤ分别为９９．４３％和０．３４％。方法简便、准确、快速。
In order to eliminate the interference of sugar-coating and vehicles, chloramphenicol in chloramphenicol tablets was determined by triple-wavelength UV spectrophotometry. The average recovery and the relative standard deviation were 99.43% and 0.34% respectively.The method is simple, rapid and accurate.
