摘要
主要讨论了液压挖掘机利用铲斗实现振动挖掘的机理,并在挖掘机上做了振动切削土壤的实验,根据实验结果,分析了振动减阻的机理。振动使土壤的抗剪强度下降是切削阻力下降的主要原因,同时,铲斗与土壤间摩擦力和粘附力下降,也是切削阻力下降的原因之一。
In this paper, the method of vibrating excavation using the bucket is mainly introduced, and the experiment of soil cutting is carried out; the mechanism of cutting resistence deducing is analyzed according to the results. The main reason is that the cutting intension of soil reduced due to vibrating, and another one is the deducing of friction between bucket and soil.
