摘要
胸腺激素注射液经１２１℃，１５ｍｉｎ热压灭菌后，其外观、紫外吸收峰、多肽含量、总氮量、分子量、生物活性和组成等，均无明显差异；而经辐照灭菌后，上述项目均有显著改变。结果提示，高压灭菌法用于胸腺激素注射液是可行的。
The sterilizing methods were systematically investigated. The results showed that the components, relative content,colour, ultraviolet absorption Peak,total nitrogen content, polypeptide, molecular weight, and bioactivity of thymus hormones had no change after 121℃, 15min autoclaving while there were remarkable differences after irradiation.
